Companions (participants) meet in the round and are often invited into dialogue during the reflection allowing the richness of the collective wisdom to help shape our learning.

Writings from both the Christian and Hebrew bible are supplemented by other theologians and sources of wisdom. Inspiration is often drawn from other faith traditions, providing a universalist, omnist, and pluralist perspective of engagements with God and divinity.
